Floating is relaxing. There are no clocks or responsibilities. You will have an incredible night of sleep after you float. One hour of floating in a stimulus-free environment will give you the equivalent of four hours of sleep.

We’re not asking you to lose 10 pounds in 20 days. There’s no running, burning, twisting or bending. We just want you to experience extreme relaxation, take some time for yourself, and reap the benefits of doing nothing.
