Floating in The New York Times

Journalist Julie Turkewitz investigates the modern landscape of floating, visiting float centers and interviewing new and long time members of the float community. Turkewitz gives a brief but informative synopsis on the history of floatation centers and touches on their swiftly rising popularity, therapeutic benefits and varying levels of cleanliness.

We’re proud to report that due to our three point filtration system, which includes ozone sterilization between appointments, our water is clear and floaters can access the vast benefits of floating (relaxation, reduced inflammation, improved cognitive performance, increased range of motion and muscle tone etc), without “used gym sock” smell.
